TEST
Process Introduction
The Test process verifies the electrical characteristics, durability, and reliability of semiconductor products under various environmental conditions. It is one of the final quality verification stages used to confirm that products meet the required quality standards and specifications.
Work Information
Work Introduction
Test equipment operates for extended periods while repeatedly generating high- and low-temperature conditions. Temperature control errors or degradation in chamber performance can directly affect the reliability of test results. Therefore, the Manufacturing Engineering Team performs preventive maintenance to maintain a stable and reliable test environment.
Work Details
- Maintain cleanliness inside the chamber to ensure a reliable test environment.
- Inspect the temperature control and cooling systems to maintain specified test conditions.
- Inspect the Tray and product transfer systems to ensure stable testing operations.
- Inspect the Door seals and sealing condition to prevent temperature loss.
- Inspect the Sensors and measurement equipment to maintain measurement accuracy.
- Check key electrical components and control systems for any abnormalities.
Work Results
- Ensure a stable test environment to provide reliable evaluation results.
- Improve temperature control accuracy to enhance the reliability of quality verification.
- Minimize equipment malfunctions during testing.
- Improve the accuracy of product quality assessment.
- Contribute to establishing a stable quality assurance system.
