Cleaning Room
Process Introduction
The Cleaning Room is a support process where Stencils, Squeegees, Jigs, and various components used in production are cleaned and maintained for reuse. It helps maintain consistent production quality by removing process residues and contaminants generated during manufacturing.
Work Information
Work Introduction
If residues such as Solder Paste, Flux, and adhesives accumulate on fixtures and components used in the process, they may cause process quality degradation and product contamination. The Manufacturing Engineering Team regularly maintains the cleaning equipment to ensure consistent cleaning performance and a clean operating environment.
Work Details
- Remove sludge and contaminants from the cleaning and rinsing tanks to maintain cleaning efficiency.
- Inspect and replace Filters and strainers to prevent the recirculation of contaminants.
- Inspect the cleaning solution supply and circulation system to maintain stable cleaning performance.
- Inspect the pumps and piping to prevent leaks and equipment malfunctions.
- Maintain cleanliness inside the equipment to prevent cross-contamination.
- Inspect the operating condition of key electrical components and control systems.
Work Results
- Improve the cleaning quality of fixtures and components.
- Minimize process defects caused by residual contaminants.
- Improve production efficiency through stable operation of cleaning equipment.
- Prevent leaks and equipment malfunctions to ensure operational stability.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean production environment.
