Flux Cleaner
Process Introduction
The Flux Cleaner is an automated cleaning system that removes contaminants such as residual Flux and Solder Balls from products and fixtures after the Reflow process. It helps ensure product cleanliness and prevents contamination issues that may occur in subsequent processes.
Work Information
If Flux residue and contaminants accumulate inside the Flux Cleaner, the circulation and drainage performance of the cleaning solution may deteriorate, resulting in reduced cleaning performance and product recontamination. The front Door, screen, Mesh, and Filter Case are disassembled to clean the tank and key contact areas, and the contaminated Bag Filter is replaced. This process helps maintain stable cleaning performance and ensures product cleanliness and quality in subsequent processes.
- Safely remove the front Door of the equipment to secure sufficient access for internal maintenance.
- Remove and secure the product drop-prevention screen and Mesh, then remove residual Flux from inside the equipment.
- Clean the tank and key contact areas using dedicated wipers to remove adhered contaminants.
- Disassemble the Filter Case at the rear of the equipment and replace the contaminated Bag Filter.
- Reassemble all removed components and check for leaks and proper equipment operation.
- Prevent piping and Filter blockages caused by Flux residue.
- Maintain stable cleaning solution circulation to ensure consistent cleaning quality.
- Minimize product recontamination and appearance defects caused by residual contaminants.
- Reduce equipment load and unexpected malfunctions to improve production stability and process reliability.
